Summer Camp at Asha Centre

From 11 to 13 May 2026, Summer Camp programs were successfully conducted at Asha Centre Vayu Sena Nagar Hazariphad. The Summer Camp saw active participation from children and volunteers. Various engaging activities such as group games, action songs, slogans, planning sessions, evaluations, dance performances, and group presentations were organized to encourage confidence, creativity, teamwork, and overall personality development among the children.
Several educational and awareness sessions were conducted during the camp. Fr. Ephrem guided the children on the topic of Good Behaviour through storytelling, examples, and interactive discussions. Children also presented short skits based on moral values and positive behaviour. Sharada Madam conducted a session on Nutritious Food, where children learned about healthy eating habits through examples and group paper presentations.
A special session on the Importance of Sports was conducted through discussions, examples, and poster-making activities to help children understand the value of physical fitness, discipline, and teamwork. On the concluding day, Margaret Madam conducted a session on Safety Awareness, guiding children on how to seek help through Child Helpline 1098 and emergency numbers 100 and 112.
The children enthusiastically participated in dance performances and educational skits highlighting the importance of education and positive life values. Fr. Ephrem encouraged the children with motivational messages and wished them a bright future. The Summer Camp concluded successfully with prize distribution, evaluation, and feedback, making the three-day program both educational and enjoyable for all participants.
