The program began with the Preamble reading, followed by PI Kshirsagar Sir highlighting the significance of Constitution Day and the 26\/11 Taj Hotel attack, honoring the sacrifices of army and police personnel. Speeches underscored the Constitution\u2019s role in justice, equality, and democracy.
